Here’s the summary… it really comes down to three things:
1. We do not, and will not, sell your data
We’re super clear about this… Six Factor does not, and will not ever, ever, sell your data to third parties. Your data is your data. Further, we hardly even look at your data.
The only reasons we ever look at your data is if there’s a quality assurance or security issue, or if you give us permission to look at it for the purposes of analysis, and to assist you to identify problems and opportunities in your business.
We do study aggregate data (we call it ‘cohort data’) — sanitized of all personally-identifiable details — to improve our products, security, and knowledge of the market. If you prefer to opt out of this use, just send an email to Products@SixFactor.com to get this going.
2. Six Factor security is tight
When it comes to security, we do a lot. It is an area that's extremely important to our continued success. While we can’t guarantee we won’t get attacked by bad people, we have all the highest standards in place to protect us from them.
