Proviso has stringent privacy protocols in place fully supporting HIPAA and PIPEDA compliant regulations (PIPEDA is Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act), which meticulously protects all employee data held in the system.

Proviso also generates ‘cohort data’ for reporting requirements, which removes all personal information from compliance records and delivers sanitized group attributes and characteristics data instead. This is ideal for public and client compliance disclosures, such as with recent vaccination status requirements.

Proviso supports both Google and Microsoft SSO (Single Sign-On) authentication and 2FA (Two Factor Authentication) domain-based security technologies, and maintains rigorous data security policies built-in to any induction process — ‘in flight’ (while being entered into the system) and ‘at rest’ (stored in the system).
